The production quality inspection process of sterile blister packaging products:

Quality Inspection Before Production

‌Raw material inspection:
Prior to the start of production, our inspection process for raw materials such as plastic sheets, molds and adhesives is extremely strict. For plastic sheets, we check their thickness, uniformity, transparency and for any impurities or cracks. In terms of molds, we check their structural integrity, dimensional accuracy and surface finish to ensure that the mold perfectly replicates the product design. Adhesives need to be tested for bond strength, temperature resistance and chemical stability to ensure that the material can be firmly bonded during the production process.

‌Mold preparation:
In the mold preparation stage, we not only check the integrity, accuracy and cleanliness of the mold, but also preheat the mold to reduce the thermal stress during molding and improve the molding quality of the product. At the same time, we will also lubricate the mold to reduce the friction resistance during molding and improve the surface finish of the product.

Quality Inspection In The Production Process

Molding process monitoring:
In the process of blister molding, we use advanced monitoring system to monitor the heating temperature, vacuum degree, molding time and other process parameters in real time. By setting a reasonable range of parameters, we can ensure the stability of product molding quality. At the same time, we also regularly check the operating status of molds and molding equipment to timely detect and deal with potential problems to avoid production interruption or product quality degradation.

Appearance inspection:
In the production process, we arrange special quality inspectors to inspect the appearance of the products. They will carefully check whether the surface of the product is smooth, no cracks, no bubbles, no deformation and other defects. Once a non-conforming product is found, we will immediately rework or scrap it to ensure the stability and consistency of product quality.

Cutting And Assembly Quality Inspection

Cutting accuracy check:
The cutting process is one of the key steps after product molding. We will use high-precision cutting equipment to cut products and check their accuracy. By measuring the size and edge flatness of the product, we can ensure that the product size meets the design requirements and the edge is free of burrs, laying a solid foundation for subsequent assembly work.

Assembly quality inspection:
During the assembly process, we carefully check each part to ensure that they fit properly and fit tightly. We check that the connections between the various components are strong, free of looseness or misalignment. At the same time, we will also conduct an overall inspection of the assembled product to ensure that its appearance is clean, the structure is stable and meets the design requirements.

Finished Product Quality Inspection

Appearance and dimensions check:
We check the appearance and dimensions of our products in natural light. We will carefully observe whether the color of the product is uniform, no scratches, no pollution. At the same time, we also use measuring tools to accurately measure the size of the product to ensure that the product meets the design requirements.

‌Performance test:
Performance testing is an important step to evaluate product quality. We will use professional testing equipment for product sealing performance, compression performance, heat resistance and other tests. By simulating real-world use cases, we can ensure stability and reliability in a variety of environments.

Sterility verification:
For sterile blister packaging products, we also perform specialized sterility verification. We will use microbiological testing methods to test the inside of the product to ensure that the inside of the product is sterile or meets the requirements of sterile packaging. This step is essential to ensure the safety and hygiene of the product.

Record And Feedback

Record keeping:
In the production process, we will record all quality inspection data in detail, including raw material inspection records, production process monitoring records, finished product inspection records, etc. These records will serve as an important basis for follow-up traceability and analysis, helping us to continuously optimize production processes and improve product quality.

Quality feedback:
We will timely feedback the quality inspection results to the production department and quality management department. For the problems found, we will organize relevant departments to rectify and optimize, to ensure that the problems are solved in a timely manner. At the same time, we also hold regular quality analysis meetings to sum up experiences and lessons, and constantly improve product quality and production efficiency.
